CCC Certification

CCC is the abbreviation of “China Compulsory Certification”. Through making product catalogue of compulsory product certification and carrying out the procedure of compulsory product certification, CCC will have compulsory inspection and verification on products on the list.

Products on the catalogue cover from human health and safety, as well as that of animals and plants, to environment protection and public safety. Without the certification from designated certification authority or certification mark being placed on, no product involved in the catalogue of compulsory product certification can be imported, dispatched off site for sale or used in sites for business and services.

For now, there are totally 167 kinds of products of 23 categories involved in CCC Certification catalogue, including: wire and cable, circuit switch and protection, electric appliance connection device, low voltage electric apparatus, fractional horsepower motor, electric  tools, welding machine, device for family or related use, AV equipment, information technology equipment, lighting fixtures, terminal equipment for telecommunications, motor vehicle and safety accessory, tires of motor vehicle, safety glass,  plant protection machine, rubber products, medical devices, fire fighting device, products for security technology precaution, decoration products, toys, products of wireless LANs and information security products.

CQC Certification

Introduction of CQC
China Quality Certification Center (CQC) is a professional certification authority and was established after approval by the competent authorities of the state.

CQC, as well as its branches at home and abroad, is a certification authority which developed its business early in China. It has already gained rich experience on certification with great achievements of business. For now, CQC has established 45 branches and more than 200 contracted laboratories for testing at home and abroad with totally over 7300 full time or part time professional auditors, inspectors and experts of high quality. It also possesses sufficient teaching resources, perfect on-line service, and timely, considerate and high-quality service for customers.

Certification for CQC Mark

Aiming at the product categories beyond that of the compulsory certification (CCC Certification), CQC carries out its voluntary product certification (namely, Certification for CQC Mark) by placing CQC Mark to indicate that products conform to related standards and requirements, such as quality, safety, environment protection and performance, etc.. Certification for CQC Mark ranges over 500 kinds of products among 55 categories, including: electronic components, household appliance and accessories, electric accessories, lighting electric appliance and accessories, electric tools and accessories, medical instrument, automobile and motorcycle parts, power equipment, textile, footwear, building materials, sanitary ware, furniture, office equipment, toys, audio and video products and so on.

Corporation between TÜV SÜD and CQC

According to the corporative agreement, TÜV SÜD and CQC define commissioned product catalogue on both sides and authorise each other to conduct activities of product mark certification. In that way customers can achieve their goals of finishing multiple reports and earning several certifications at one time.
