TÜV SÜD provides comprehensive inspection solutions including raw material checks, production process monitoring, transport monitoring, and trade / sales monitoring. Visual inspections are carried out at your suppliers’ premises to verify quality, quantity and packaging conformation. Our teams comprise professionals who adhere to a code of conduct, incorporating various procedures such as NSI / ASQ Z.1.4 – 2003, BS 6001, NFX06-022, ISO2859-1:1999 and DIN40.080.

The complete pre-shipment inspection program consists of:

• Initial Production Check (IPC)
• During Production Check (DUPRO)
• Final Random Inspection (FRI)
• Loading Supervision (LS) / Container Stuffing (CS)

Initial Production Check (IPC) 

When 5–10 % goods are produced (subject to minimum 50 pieces), a visual check on the quality of components, materials and finished products is carried out at the commencement of production as per client’s specifications and reference sample.

During Production Check (DUPRO)

When 25%–40% of the order has been completed (subject to a minimum of 50 pieces), visual checks of the quality of components, materials and finished products are carried out.

Final Random Inspection (FRI) 

When the total consignment is completed and packed, a detailed visual inspection of randomly selected samples is carried out to check the quality, quantity and packaging conformity as per samples and specifications.

Loading Supervision (LS) / Container Stuffing (CS)

Containers are inspected for cleanliness and product suitability, and also to ensure that the lot being shipped is suitably packed in its entirety. This stage also ensures that the goods checked during FRI are being shipped.
