The position is optimization and speed up the testing process with the objective of deliver professional service to customer. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit.
1.Be responsible for custom service and customer relation management in daily work. With authorization / appointment / contract from TÜV SÜD, fulfill relevant technical and custom service responsibilities;
2.Convey custom intention exactly, capture customer information to keep projects running smoothly;
3.Monitor project status and insure projects can be finished within lead time. Assist to guarantee each project with high quality;
4.Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstance including coordinating company and custom, harmonizing all related lines according to custom’s requirement.;
5.Assist supervisor in team building and management;
6.Self study new standards, knowledge database Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues;
7.Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.At least three years customer service working experience in related product category;
3.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5.Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
6.Good computer skill;
7.Good command of English. Appreciate for German skill;
8.Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
