1.Act and perform according to the Quality Policy.
2.Coordinate with testing team and project team to organize testing flow, from beginning (receiving test assignment) to the end (test is finished).
3.Answer inquires from clients (internal & external) about test status.
4.Arrange daily admin work for test team like project data maintenance, test report dispatching, document filling.
5.Support sample handling (Receive / Storage / Disposal)
6.Support test equipment maintenance
7.Act as a receptionist, handling daily incoming calls, mailing & express delivery issue
8.Welcome clients and visitors and direct them to their place of appointment in a professional manner
9.Arrange expense from building management and suppliers
10.Support marketing activities like seminar, interview of media, visitor of government
11.Keep the environment of lab clean and tidy
12.Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
1.College degree or above.
2.At least 1 year working experience (experience in laboratory is preferred)
3.Technical background of electrical engineering is preferred
4.Excellent organizational and communication skills
5.Self motivated and able to work independent
6.Proficient in MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
7.Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese
