Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities to achieve MS Department's business plan.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities, such as (not limited);
a.Search for potential customer;
b.Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;
c.Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;
d.Visit / meet customer and introduce company’s services;
e.Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
f.Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
2.Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned target;
3.Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;
4.Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with them;
5.Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;
6.As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress
7.Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager;
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above;
2.At least 1 years sales / marketing experience;
3.Experience in quality management system is a must, familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 is a plus;
4.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
5.Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;
6.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for handling safety/RF related projects and review project files as assigned.
ob Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for assigned projects according to internal and external requirements, standards and regulations;
2.Responsible for wireless products RED/FCC/IC/MIC application, arrange testing according to standard or customer's requirements, prepare test plan, review the test results;
3.Provide technical support for wireless product projects, assist sales to confirm test standards, quotation, test labs, etc.;
4.Planning and development of wireless products certification scope;
5.Complete projects within lead time;
6.Coordinate between project members; supervise and follow-up projects;
7.Perform factory inspection;
8.Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries,
explaining technical points and providing the expert's opinions;
9.Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues;
10.Coach / train / supervise the project engineers, test engineers or technicians;
11.With authorization / appointment / contract from TüV SüD, fulfill relevant technical responsibilities;
12.Self study new standards, knowledge database of intranet;
13.Perform other duties assigned by Group Leader / Department Manager.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related subject;
2.At least 3 years working experience in testing/certification fields for ITE/AV/MEAS product;
3.Familiar with RED directive, FCC/IC requirement; Good understanding on EMC/RF tests or related Radio/Electric Units;
