This position is responsible for coordinating service execution for overseas customers.
1.Follow up and respond efficiently to client cases/enquiries;
2.Ensure lead time and quality of services through effective coordination of internal resources;
3.Identify customer present and future needs;
4.Build a trust relationship with customer;
5.Achieve and develop sales revenues with existing and new customers;
6.Implement and improve internal processes related to client needs;
7.Supervise other involved team members to ensure abovementioned items.
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.4 years sales and marketing; experience in technical fields such as electric or mechanic would be an advantage;
3.2 years work experience in customer service or comparable coordination work;
4.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
5.Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
6.Ensure lead time and quality of services through effective coordination of internal resources;
7.Proficient in English;
8.Excellent communication and reporting skills in team environment;
9.Pro-active and customer-oriented;
10.Self-motivated and thrive on doing a job well;
